# Financial Statement Enhanced

**Financial Statement Enhanced** runs a saved Financial Report Template Enhanced against General Ledger entries. The report does not define lines; the template does.

The app includes **Profit and Loss**, **Balance Sheet**, and **Cash Flow** templates. Select one of those, or any custom template you have added.

Presentation Currency and Margin view are not supported. Amounts stay in the company currency.

## Before you begin

- Confirm the company, fiscal years, and Period Closing for the period you will run.
- The included templates are available after install. Custom templates must be saved and not disabled.

## Run the report

1. Open **Financial Statement Enhanced** from the Ohada workspace, or click **View Report** on the template.
2. Select the Report Template (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, or a custom template), Company, and Filter Based On (Fiscal Year or Date Range).
3. Set periodicity (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, and so on).
4. Optionally set Account Detail Level, Finance Book, cost center, project, or accounting dimensions.
5. Click **Refresh**. Export to Excel if needed; template bold, italic, colour, and currency formats are applied.

Accounts User, Accounts Manager, and Auditor can run the report.

## Important filters

| Filter                     | Meaning                                                                                                          |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Report Template            | Required. Disabled templates are hidden.                                                                         |
| Account Detail Level       | `Summary` prints template lines. `Account Breakdown` inserts each contributing account under Account Data lines. |
| Include Default FB Entries | On (default) includes the company's default finance book. Uncheck it before selecting a different Finance Book.  |

Active accounting dimensions appear as extra filters.

## Troubleshooting

### The template is missing from the filter

The template is disabled, or the user cannot read Financial Report Template Enhanced.

### All amounts are zero

There is no GL in the period, Account Category is not assigned.

### A line is missing

Hidden Line, Hide If Zero, or Balance Filter removed it.

### Finance Book raises an error

Uncheck Include Default FB Entries when using a book other than the company default.
