Two setup records decide what an applicant is asked for:

- **Party Document Type**: one supporting document, such as *Business Permit*.
- **Party Onboarding Template**, shown in Desk as **Onboarding Type**: one kind of applicant, such as *Company* or *Sole Proprietor*, with the details and documents it must provide.

Both live under **Sourcing → Onboarding**.

Add one row per document. Each row has a **Document Type**, a **Mandatory** tick, and an optional **Description** for this onboarding type. An application can't be submitted until every mandatory document is attached.
